Akashic Records: A resource for Healing - How the Process Works

The Akashic Records have been around for millennia but only became accessible to us during the 20th century. Several notable voyeurs into this information that is stored in the ethos have become major contributors to our understanding of the Records. This work provides the backdrop to further understand the impact of the Akashic Records in healing. Edgar Casey’s resounding and fully documented works continue to be inspirational to healers today. He healed both physical and psychological ailments, some of which remain untouched by modern medicine even now.

My approach to using the wondrous parts of our essence that have been stored through lifetimes is to begin with an issue that plagues and hinders an individual on his or her journey on Earth today. From this point and by going to several layers of consciousness, with Spirit as the guide, we ask for wisdom regarding the source of this anxiety. As traumatic incidences come to light from all lifetimes, emotions around such incidences are cleared. This allows an open and refreshed space that is now free to welcome pure light energy. Thus, even though the connection with other lifetimes remains, the unneeded emotional baggage has been rereleased and sent to Source to be transmuted.

Pioneers in epigenetics are researching how traits - both biological and personal - are inherited by mapping DNA memory on the genome. Recent studies revealed in Mark Wolynn’s book It Didn’t Start with You, have identified genomic traits that trace back three generations. In addition, Robert Schwartz’s work in Your Soul’s Gift explores pre-birth planning sessions conducted by the soul prior to this incarnation with the help of intuitive readers and mediums. In both influential works, much knowledge can be gained by looking at aspects of soul planning and the inheritance of traits.

On the other hand, Akashic work, when used for problem-solving and healing, is not just about gathering information, it is about pinpointing the source of blocking energy and clearing emotions around it. While understanding the soul’s purpose in this life may help resolve questions about one’s current spiritual path, and mapping the genomic DNA memory may serve to expand our knowledge about how to measure metaphysical traits for three generations, Akashic work goes beyond that. It greatly expands the depth and breadth of awareness and healing by having access to ancestral DNA memories and the soul's inherited memories that are directly affecting us today. Going into each session with a designated issue to work on allows the specific targeting and release of energy from another life that is negatively affecting us in this incarnation. This directed approach avoids the confusing onslaught of memories that comes from simple past life regression.

Understanding how ancestral experiences, especially those involving trauma or resilience, shape our health and behaviors is crucial for consciously addressing and healing anxiety at its source. The idea of ‘soul lineages’ often overlaps with epigenetic findings, suggesting that emotional and spiritual legacies impact family patterns across generations. This broader perspective highlights the complex interplay between biology and soul experiences, showing how both genetic and experiential factors shape our identity and well-being over time.

Reaching into several levels of consciousness connects us to the matrix of awareness necessary to reconcile triggered emotions. As information from the Akashic Records enters our essence and moves into our recognizable consciousness, it transforms into something that we as humans can process. The idea that information from the ethos enters our consciousness at around eight Hertz (Hz) resides in the compartmentalization and study of brainwave frequencies. Eight Hz completes the theta range and begins the alpha range. It has been projected that at 7.8 Hz individuals experience a state of relaxed alertness, often associated with creativity, intuition, heightened awareness, and healing. In this state, the brain is open to receiving and processing subtle information from the collective consciousness, or ethos. This frequency allows for a greater connection to deeper insights and intuitive understanding, facilitating the integration of information that might not be accessible in higher, more active brainwave states. The eight Hz frequency is often linked to a meditative state, where individuals can tap into a broader awareness and connect with deeper layers of consciousness.
